Return Policy
We stick behind everything we sell. We like to have a return policy that is easy to understand as well as fair for the customer. If you are within 30 days, you can consider yourself covered by our return policy. As far as we see it, a return falls under 4 different categories. Read below to see which one you fall into and how we'll take care of you.
You ordered something but you don't need it anymore. You haven't opened the box because you knew you didn't need it. All unopened items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for full credit. No restocking fees, no guilt trips, no hard feelings.
You ordered something, but once you opened the package you realize it's not what you really wanted. All opened items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase with a 10% restocking fee. I know that stinks but wait for the good news: We'll give you a Promotional Code so that you can get 7% off your next order!
You ordered something that had a manufacturer’s warranty for more than 30 days and it broke within 30 days. Send it back to us. We'll send you a replacement once we receive your unit and we'll deal with the manufacturer from that point forward. Of course, the returned item has to meet the criteria of the manufacturer’s warranty, meaning if you dropped it out a window and the manufacturer won't replace it, neither will we.
You ordered something that has a manufacturer's warranty but it broke sometime after 30 days but within the warranty. In this case, you'll return it to the manufacturer and they'll replace it for you. Sorry, but we can only act as a middle-man between you and the manufacturer for 30 days. Maybe 32 days if you cry or beg.
You ordered something from someone else but you want to return it to us. We can't help it that our competition doesn't have the same return policies as we do, but you'll have to buy it from us to return it to us. Sorry about that...
Shipping
We don't have much patience and we don't expect you to either. We will make every effort to get your item to you as soon as possible. If we have the item stock and you place your order before noon EST, we will ship it to you the same day. Sometimes, we have items that show as stock but we may have just sold out of them. We’re really sorry when this happens but we have to admit, we love the business. If an item shows stock, but we’re out of stock, we’ll e-mail you the lead time the same day. The item will ship directly from the manufacturer to you, sometimes the same day or, in some exceptions, within the week. If you absolutely have to have an item by a certain date just give us a call and we’ll be more than happy to let you know if we can get it out to you the same day.
International Orders
We are currently only accepting online orders with shipping addresses within the United States (any of the 50 States). We welcome International orders but we have to process them “off-line” (aka: the old fashioned way) and we may require additional verification for your protection.
